Booking Your Trip

I’ll recommend flights, transport, hotels, tours, restaurants etc, then it’s over to you to book them, but of course, you’re under no obligation. Any bookings you do make are a direct contract between you and that provider, and the terms and conditions are with that provider.

The Recommendations

I do my very best to make recommendations I think you will love. However, it is advised to follow up with your own research to check you agree they are the best options. If you have a disappointing experience or complaint with one of the recommended providers, this should be picked up directly with that provider.

Unforeseen Circumstances

If I can’t commit to our agreement, I’ll inform you immediately and provide you with a new estimated date of completion. If this doesn’t work for you, I’ll be happy to refund.

Trip Changes

Every trip comes with the option to make one set of changes e.g. hotels in one destination or a change of flight dates. Just let me know if something isn’t working for you and I’ll aim to put it right,

Refunds

Due to the amount of work that goes into my tailor-made trips, I am unable to offer refunds. I am happy to make one set of changes (e.g. hotels in one destination or flight dates), otherwise the in-depth fact finding covered during our initial call will ensure we are on the same page with what you need.
